5 Days Late, Negative Test, someone know whats up?

I haven't taken my pill for about a month-month and a half because I can't get a refill on my script,my boyfriend and I have had sex at least 5 times that I can remember, maybe more then that, I took a test maybe 2 days ago thinking well wtf, and of course negative so really I'm double wtf-ing, how long should I wait before seeing my doctor or retesting?
