My baby is almost 3 wks old and ive been pumping, bottle feeding and attempting to breastfeed. She latches but im not sure if milk is coming out. I do go see a lactation specialist weekly. My question is how often do you ladies pump, breast and bottle feed?? My baby eats every 3 hours and i try to pump every time after but im too tired and its time consuming and im no building up a supply. Im nervous thinking how can i do this when i go back to work and she is with her sitter. My childs father works away from home for the majority of the month, my family lives out of town so its just me mostly and my friends i have to help. I want to give up and go straight to formula but i also know i need to be patient. Any suggestions or encouragement would be great!
