Hi I am wondering what are good types of birth control? The pill specifically. I do not want an IUD or a shot or a patch. It has been 4 years since I've been on the pill and I had a terrible time on it. I gained 35 pounds, had the worst acne of my life, and I turned into a crazy person. It made me hate birth control and to never use it but not being able to regulate my period and not knowing when it's coming is causing way too much stress on my life and avoiding pregnancy is always a perk because me and my boyfriend are not ready for babies. I know people have different reactions to different types but I just want to know what other people think about certain kinds.
