Lower back pain from clomid?

My last pill was almost 3 weeks ago. Today I have a really bad lower back ache. Any ideas? Could it be from clomid?

Omg, I thought I was losing it! My last day of clomid was dec 23, im on CD26 now. I got a terrible back ache right after ovulating and now it’s these random pains in my hip and lower back. I had never heard of back ache as a side effect of clomid!! I’m hoping that’s what it is because I’ve been worrying myself sick with webmd😂

Gosh I have exactly the same, exactly 3 weeks after. Also I am in a very healthy, slim shape, so no weight issues/big boobs etc that could cause it.

Just curious.. did you end up pregnant at the end or?

I have had lower back pain since about cd18 and now I'm adding in joint pain in my hips and knees. It's so bizarre
