Ladies! Opinions please!

Ohkay so my period ended Sunday morning, and my boyfriend and I had sex that night. The condom broke. But the thing is, he said he felt it break so he pulled out before he finished because I asked him why he pulled out with a condom on... there was still some inside me when I went to wash up.. the rest of it was in his hand (lol he had nothing to catch it with). We had a quicky last night as well. I've always had issues with tearing.. only with him tho and it drives me nuts.. it feels like a tear but I'm not sure.. But I'm randomly spotting. Idk if it's from a tear or what.. I've heard you can have implantation bleeding? I'm not ovulating yet, I normally don't until day 12-14. So I don't think I'm pregnant but I'm psyching myself out. I'm also on birth control, but I had antibiotics due to an abscess I had on my leg and I know that messes with BC. (I'm on the pill) I need opinions, and someone to help can me down, lol..
