My two year old was playing and jumping around on the pull out bed that we have in our couch, it has like those metal bars on it and everything. Well he fell and hit his mouth HARD on the bar thing and now he's pouring blood. I really don't know what to do, I wiped it off with a tissue but I don't know if I should put anything on it, or go to the ER or whatever. I'm just super freaked out because I've never had this happen before.
