Start working out

So I want to start working out but I'm not sure how to find motivation. All I want to do is tone my ass and tighten that up and tone the legs as well as gain arm strength. I'm not even sure where to start with any of that. I am 23 with 2 daughters. Any tips and advice is appreciated ☺️
