Good After Having a baby?

Hi everyone! 
I've been thinking about getting a menstrual cup but I have had a baby. I've seen that there are different sizes and such but I wanted to see if there are any other mom's that use them and whether they work well or not... any recommendations?

I started using one after I had my baby and it was amazing. I started with a small Lena and love it but I'm kinda heavy on my first day or two so I bought a large for the upcoming cycle to test that out.

I know that some brands of cups recommend sizing according to age, and wether you've given birth but some like Lunette and Lena suggest you base your purchase on the cups capacity and flow strength. So even if you have given birth you can still buy a small cup if you get really light periods or have a low cervix etc.
