💅🏼 Acrylic or SNS? 💅🏼

I've been getting my nails done once a month this year but I feel like my nails have been getting more brittle every time I get acrylics done. The reason I started getting nail extensions is bc I unconsciously bite my nails... and it sucks bc I LOVE having long pretty nails. So yeah I just want recommendations on what I should get done next bc three of my extensions literally just fell off today 😢

For those who don't know SNS (signature nail systems) is basically dipping powder and is said to be better/healthier for your nails. I don't exactly know how it's "healthier" lmao but it's getting popular on IG.
