IPL (laser hair removal) during pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant and I have my 3rd IPL appointment scheduled in a few weeks. I really want to continue doing it, since we'll only be in this area of the world where it's very affordable (and I've already paid) for the next year. Has anyone continued IPL during pregnancy? I read mixed things online when I tried researching.

There's insufficient studies to suggest safe or not, I would avoid. I started tattoo treatment but won't be continuing. Is the cheaper price really worth the risk of permanently harming your baby? In Australia you would struggle finding a clinic who would treat you knowing you're pregnant. Have you told them you are? I bet they may say no more treatments anyway.
