Possibly pregnant?

So we were sexually active for two weeks before ovulation and a couple days during my ovulation time (according to this app). I'm supposed to start my next period on Thursday. I've been having some nausea and my boobs do feel heavier or fuller but don't look bigger. I've been feeling crampy off and on since the beginning of the month. My youngest will be 6 months old on Friday. We weren't really trying but I was going thru ppd so maybe I was trying to get pregnant??

I'm getting a blood test in 5 hours and I'm scared for either result right now. If negative, I'm scheduled to have nexplanon inserted. I'm not sure what I want right now.
