We have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years. Have been on several medications, lost weight, 2 rounds of clomid and no luck! I booked a cruise for next week to Mexico and for the first time ever today got a positive LH surge. My doctor wants us to wait 8 weeks after traveling to try to conceive due to risk of contacting Zika virus, which can have negative effects on the fetus (microcephaly, brain underdevelopment, etc) we are so torn, what are my chances of really getting Zika? Do we just do our thing and if it happens it happens? I have lots of bug spray, and it's a cruise, I'm only going to be in Mexico 2 days, for only 8 hours..
