Okay the last couple of times I have had sex I have had bleeding and cramping the day after. Two days ago I had sex and the day after I had light bleeding and cramping. Then last night we stupidly had sex again and now the bleeding is pretty heavy to medium and I have the cramping again. Is this normal or should I be concerned??
