Diaper rash?
What does diaper rash look like? My son has a little bit of redder skin right outside where the poop comes out (about maybe an inch in size), so just kind of where it rests until I change him. The skin isn't broken and there is no actual rash. I change him really frequently, almost as soon as he goes. Is this diaper rash? Should I put anything on him?
