HELP LADIES!! WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU'RE NOT OVULATING???

I've been off the pill now for 7/8 months. My husband n I have been actively trying ever since. My charts indicate I'm not ovulating!! What do I do now... what can I expect my gp to do?? would be so grateful for your replies and help xx

I used to take 2 ovulation tests a day starting at cycle day 8. They're really cheap on Amazon, so take them everyday if you need to. If you're not ovulating your doctor might start you on Clomid. I never ovulated with Clomid, but I did with Femara. Best of luck!!

I started taking Concepta, purchased on Amazon... I also hadn't ovulated since going off birth control.  I Ovulated within 4 days of taking the herbal supplement, and got my first period in 5 years!!  hoping I'm on track to get pregnant soon

I would read taking charge of your fertility. I got it at the library and read the pertinent chapters.

Are you cycles pretty regular or do they vary in length? And how about your periods? Are they the same level of flow, cramps, days long or does that vary as well?

Do you chart your temps to see that your not ovulating? I would talk with your doctor for maybe clomid or see if Vitex is safe

I would try ovulation tests in conjunction with bbt temping  just to get a whole picture. 
Your doc will test your hormone levels at different times during you cycle to confirm ovulation.
