I'm 11 weeks pregnant And haven't had any spotting or bleeding and this my 2nd pregnancy first one was a miscarriage and I woke up and whipped and felt like a mucus come out and whipped light slightly pink reddish on the toilet paper and then few minutes later I whipped away and had LITTTLE tiny blood clot or booger looking kind ... please what can it be... and when I pee I feel like I need to pee really bad with pressure on my stomach but one little drop comes out and that's it
