39 & 3 days pregnant, only dilated 0.5 😩😩 any suggestions on ways to kick start labor. I know I know when the baby is ready but i need suggestions . Please don't comment if you are just going to say when the baby is ready he will come . I turn 9 months tomorrow from the last period I got
