Any moms to be not excited about being pregnant? When people find out I'm pregnant the first thing they say, 'that's exciting' .... is it??? I'm having trouble feeling excited, feeling nauseous most days (even in the second trimester), knowing I'm gaining at least 25 lbs sounds terrifying and my mother calling me Mommy, that put me over the edge. I asked her not to call me that, and she told me I need to stop being like this, you're not excited. At first I was offended, but she's right!!!! Why I am not excited?! I've been trying really hard to act like I am, but it feels almost shameful not to be. Now I should feel guilty for not being excited?! Am I alone in this? Does anyone not feel excited about being pregnant? It would be so nice to know I'm not alone.
