folic acid
When should u start taking folic acid?? wen ur pregnant or trying to concieve. im wondering if u ladies can shed some light on something as im confused, i should have had my period last friday but no show, then on sunday i had a bleed that only had last that day, no bleed since.. took pregnancy test.. negative.. get this feeling in my tummy on the right side like a pinching and just on & off tired.
