My husband and I have been trying to conceive baby number 3 for 2 years. After so many negatives and sad days for me, we decided to stop trying back in March. I stopped tracking (except AF) and using opk's. I have a very consistent menstrual cycle and always have the same symptoms before. Severe diarrhea (sorry tmi), sore breast, really painful cramps and fatigue starting 2 days before AF starts. This month however, I've had very different symptoms. AF is (not) due on the 21st of July. Since July 14th, I have been severely constipated, nauseous, gassy/indigestion, bloated, emotional and extremely tired. Also, stabbing pain in lower right abdomen area for about 2 days on and off.  I took a FRER this morning and received a negative. While checking my cervix, there was a good bit of blood so I assumed AF was starting and I inserted a tampon. When I got ready to change my tampon it was completely dry (except for cm). Could this have been implantation bleeding and not AF coming early? Should I wait and test again this weekend?
