Turned on for ages?

I've been very turned on all day. This has never happened to me before! It's very distracting and almost (but not quite) painful at time. I have never orgasmed and my boyfriend has by trying to help via everything but the penis (bc we're not risking even protected sex until I solve my person BC situation). This *is* my first "sexually" serious boyfriend too. Any help?
