I have cheat meals but not cheat days. For a special occasion I'll have a light breakfast a light lunch and splurge on xmas dinner or a fancy dinner on vacation. Entire days of cheating can hold you back so much!

I love chocolate. So I eat it every day. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Why? Because it helps me stay on track. A piece or two of chocolate a day isn't going to derail you or hurt you. In fact, having your favourite food, but in extreme moderation, actually helps 🤷🏼‍♀️

I often treat myself to something I wouldn't normally eat (like a piece of cake or whatever), but I don't do whole days of eating crap.

Yes 😁 I call it fast food Friday, and i only drink on occasional weekends😄

On sundays for lunch I get fast food. Just one meal. A week. Usually because I burn 2,000+ calories on that day.
