I started my period, and had a 1 day drop, (when I started) (below coverline) then yesterday and today my temps spiked back up well up into high 98's. Is it normal for temperatures to stay high during a period? Should I just disregard taking temps on my period? My period only lasted two days, so I expected my temps to go back down to start prepping for Ovulation. 😖 This is my first period since going off BC in April, and my first time temping through a period .
