Tylenol while pregnant?

I just found out I'm pregnant and I just quit smoking cigarettes I starting to get headaches is it ok to take Tylenol? If so how many 1 or 2?

Take your normal dosage. Tylenol is ok, but ibuprofen (or any NSAIDs) are not.
