Didn't start my period this week and well I'm scared. I've been stressing and haven't been getting any sleep I wanna know if that can cause a late period or what.

I haven't been able to buy a test cause well I'm a teen and I can't ask my mom to take me to buy one..please don't come at me with negativity , I know how sex works and I know the consequences. It was just an accident that it happened to brake.
