What to use for my lady bits!!?? 🤔

So I have heard good and bad things about washes for your lady bits but I'm looking for something that will help with my PH balance. What should I look for? I know you only wash the outside not the inside. Any suggestions?

Alicia, Audrey, and Tani are correct. Water and mild soap. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. Dove is most recommended, but I use black soap and have no issues. Stay away from high fragranced products. If you wash your hair in the shower be careful about where the shampoo and conditioner runs while rinsing. Wear cotton underwear, drink lots of water, and the cleaner you eat the better. Also, I sleep with no panties and studies show it significantly reduces your chances of yeast infections and be sure to wipe from front to back along with cranberry juice to avoid UTIs. i use a fragrance free body wash in general, and just water for my lady bits. i found the good smelling body washes, even without using it directly down there, would affect it negatively. ever since i switched i have no issues.

I think I'd probably ask my gyno seeing as most things will throw off your ph balance 😊
