so i recently found out i have a condition called vulvodynia which means i have pain to my vulva and entrance upon insertion. i got this because i had a very traumatic IUD experience (which is something that i don't need to get into for this post). i have to have vaginal physical therapy. i'm not concerned about any awkwardness since vaginas don't make me uncomfortable and this is the persons job but i don't know what to expect. if someone has had it can they give me some info on what i should expect from it? thanks!
