my boobies used to drop down but i would always wear bras and sports bras. lately i haven't been wearing bras at all. i've been going like 5-6 days a week without a bra and they look better than ever

It's actually been scientifically proven that excessive bra use is bad for your boobies! I stopped wearing underwire push-up bras around my sophomore year in high school, only wearing sports bras or bras without underwire. Now that I'm out of high school, never wearing a bra, my boobs have honestly never been more perky and I'm a Dcup!

I noticed the same thing after I stopped! It helps your chest muscles develop and get used to holding the weight of your breasts (rather than relying on the bra to hold them up)
