it don't happen often but when I get cramps they get so bad that they last 3hrs or sometimes 2 hrs but it hurts so bad that when I take a shower to see if it would help it makes me light headed an Make me feel like imma pass out but the only time my cramps can go away if i throw up or cry but dont happen often what should I do if it happens again an again?
