My water broke at 730

on July 14, 2017

I was 3 cm when I arrived . 35 min later I was at a 5 and went into the jacuzzi tub, as soon as I get in , not even ten min later I start telling my hubby to call the midwife asap . I HAD to push . I debated a water birth , since my midwife said it was ok , but it was so hot in there and I couldn't get comfortable. I went from a 5 to a 9 in 10 min . They wheeled me down the hallway ( butt naked - no shame - who cares ) and About 15 min later as soon as I got comfortable I began to push . 10 min later . And 6 pushes she arrived . As soon as I felt her shoulders come out , I scooped her right up and welcomed her to the new world.

She was here at 1050 pm

3 hrs total - all natural labor .

No stitches . No tearing . I loved the atmosphere and the fact my midwife and doctors didn't pull the stirrups out or anything . There was only 3 people in the room and it def didn't have the hospital feel .

All three of our humans were under 4 hrs and 10 pushes . Guess she knew what the theme was
