Cramps 36 weeks
I was told Monday I was dilated to 1cm and 50% effaced. I experienced slight cramping the next day and lost my mucus plug. My cramps feel kind of like menstrual cramps and seem to become more intense each day. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't felt full blown contractions yet.
