Today is CD24 and DPO 9.. I taken a early detection pregnancy Superdrug test as I've been spotting a browny colour since CD21. Plus been having a cramping and a dull ache in my pelvic area. My stomach has been feeling so harder to touch than norm plus having tingling boobs. This was my symptoms before. Is this what I think is? Or am I imagining things?

All my symptoms went when I had a mmc in May at 13 weeks. When I had my scan beginning of June to make sure everything is fine the doctor said I could be pregnant by ent of July :) x
