Newborn constantly moving? CP??

A friend recently freaked me out after seeing my baby move around. My daughter is 4 weeks old and when she's sleeping or trying to, she will not stop moving for a very long time. She moves her legs and her arms flail everywhere sometimes in a stiff manner. It's like she has absolutely zero control of it sometimes and it won't stop for a while. They just fly everywhere and her hands remain in fists sometimes nearly punching herself. Along with constant grunting in her sleep and constant stretching and foot/leg shakes when stretching. My friend noticed her spastic movements and told me she thinks it may be an early sign of Cerebral Palsy??? Is it just my child being 4 weeks old or is there truth in what my friend said? Of course I freaked myself out googling it. She has her 1 month check up next Friday and I'll bring it up, but just figured I'd ask here first.
