What do you do?

My baby is exclusively breast fed, but recently she has had reflux and throws up almost everything she just ate! then she's hungry again and I have very little milk left if any.. was just wondering what do you do in that situation? if baby has just ate and thrown it all up and is hungry again but you have very little milk.

Breastmilk is supply and demand. Even if my daughter drank from the boob 10min ago, when she latches and starts to suckle she gets milk.

Your body is always making milk. You are never empty. Baby may have to work harder to get it but your body will keep producing.
Make sure you burp her lots and keep her elevated for 30 min after a feeding. My dd had silent reflux. We sought the help of a chiropractor. An osteopath can also help. There are meds you can also get for her if that's a more preferable way to treat it for you.

I had the same problem with my baby. her dad is very sensitive to milk so I completely cut it out of my diet and she stopped throwing up. I wouldn't worry too much about her not getting milk as long as she isn't crying from hunger after nursing again. from what I have heard is your body is always making milk and baby in breast stimulates production even if it doesn't seem like it to you :)

Can you try and pump and build up a stash? The more you nurse the more you produce as well. Also maybe try some
Supplements to increase milk production. Drink lots of water too. Eat well make sure you are consuming enough calories if all else fails give formula.
You can also keep her proped  up after a feed, make sure she burps and could even use a crib wedge during naps

1st there may be something in your diet bothering your lo that is causing the reflux. Talk to the dr. You can always supplement formula if it continues but talk to the dr see if they think maybe dairy or something in your diet is causing the reflux. I know many people are anti don't supplement but sometimes you have to do what's best for baby. I could only breast feed for 3 weeks and had to use formula nothing wrong with that.
