A video floated across my fb feed about Salt Lake City's law enforcement reform. I can't post the video so I opted to find an article to share with you all. This is what I, and many others, mean when we say law enforcement needs an overhaul and to be retrained. Take a look. It's been 2 years and no deaths. Do you think this could be possible nationwide ? I do. Please discuss your thoughts. No trolling please.. sorry if it's not totally in order. It's kinda long. I picked an article out of their city to help give perspective from ppl living and experience the changes there.
