Okay so last week I found out I am pregnant. Last period started June 13. On the 12th of July my blood work said hcg was 13... the 14th it went up to 38... the 17th it went to 186... and today it is 894.7. I went to the ER because I had cramps and some spotting and I've miscarried before so I was taking precaution. They did a vaginal ultrasound and said they seen something but there is so way I'm 5 weeks... they go by the first date of my last period so how am I not 5 weeks?
