My previous pregnancy with my son 3 years ago was super easy, no symptoms till 2nd trimester, back pain and horrendous heartburn/gerd

but this pregnancy (now almost 6 weeks) is extremely symptomatic! Bloating, nauseous almost all day, bad heartburn already! Back pain, full abdominal and lower cramping, extreme fatigue and kindve emotional! Oh and peeing all the flippen time! I got up to pee 4-5 times last night!

I read every pregnancy is different but sometimes with experiencing early pregnancy symptoms sooner it could be the extra hcg and hormones from multiples! Which is exciting but still the chances of a twin birth without fertility treatments is pretty darn low
