Scared with no friends

I have am going on my third day being late on my period and I am scared. I am 21 and have been in my relationship for 1 year and 7 months but I am still afraid. I have a step daughter who I love but I don't know if I can handle my own newborn. Most of all I am terrified of telling my mom, she was strict about me not being pregnant at 21 because she got pregnant at the same age. I will admit that I procrastinate and I have a hard time finishing tasks. I am unemployed at the moment and really don't know where to turn. Can anyone help me? I fell out with my best friend a few weeks ago so I have no one to talk to. 😭😭☹️☹️
