when to stop taking myo inositol?

I've been taking myo inositol for the last two cycles and just realized maybe I should stop taking it at a certain point and then start taking it again. Anyone know about myo inositol?

I'm continuing through the first trimester since it *might* help with progesterone levels and overall balance. I'm 7 weeks currently and have to take additional progesterone, my doctor has no concern over the continuation of this supplement. Best of luck

The month I got pregnant I took it daily, but doubled the dose they week before ovulation. Since pregnancy I take the normal dose.
