Hello. This is my first cycle off of the Mirena. Prior to the Mirena I was pregnant, before pregnancy I had really regular periods. I was only on Mirena for 4 months. I'm on day 10 of my cycle and I believe I will be ovulating soon. I have been feeling a tingling sensation in both ovaries but a little pain and more sensation in my right ovary. My ovaries have also felt warm. I only spotted a tiny bit of EWCM yesterday and i've also been nauseous today. So my questions are:

Is the warm sensation i'm feeling normal?

How soon do you ladies ovulate after the pain or symptoms starts?

This is my first time experiencing ovulation pains. I take my BBT every morning so I know I haven't ovulated yet, probably in a few more days. Thank you!
