So just like you said I came in signed a few papers and was taken to the back. In the back I waited in the room nervously until the nurse came asking me a bunch of personal questions about my family history and sex life. After that a nurse came in to explain the nexplanon to me she was a very sweet lady then she gave me a few moments to get my nerves out and wheeled the table to the side. The worse part about it for me was the numbing needle but after that it was painless she let the numbing settle and then put in the device. It was so quick and simple I literally felt not even a pinch. She taped it up told me to leave it on for two weeks and bam I was done ✅
