My baby was sleeping through the night from 21/2 months to 4 months. Not only that but she was putting herself to sleep. She self soothes by sucking her fingers. When she was tired she would put herself to sleep. At around 41/2 months that ended. She's 6 months now and it's worse than ever. We have to rock her to sleep every time. She's constantly tired. She naps 5-6 short times per day each time we have to rock her to sleep for 10-20 minutes! At night she wakes up 2 times. She goes to bed at 8pm wakes up at 12 then sometimes between 4-5. By 6am she's always up for the day but is tired and ready for a nap by 7. What happened ?!? What happened to my perfect sleeper. 😩😩😩 Today she's been taking 10 min naps and has been overtired all day.
