Miscarriage and D&C

We found out today our little Rylie's heart stopped beating at 9 weeks. I will be having a D&C; at "13" weeks. I'm so nervous. I'm super anxious. Anyone who has been through a D&C; could you give me your advice, and preferably only good experiences. Thanks
