Dealing with pregnancy during heat wave

Hi Ladies,

I'm in NJ and we're experiencing a heat wave. I've dealt with the heat these last couple of days just fine by staying hydrated and taking cool showers. Today though, I'm miserably uncomfortable, my feet feel like they are on fire, I barely slept last night. Anything you ladies can recommend or have done to stay cool? And anyone else experiencing super hot feet (specially at night)? Btw, I'm 26weeks.
