I'm 5 DPO-I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. This morning when I woke up I had a little spotting when I wiped (logic says it's from the ultrasound) and then this afternoon I got a nose bleed out of no where (which I normally don't get- only had 5 times when I was pregnant last year before my miscarriage.) Could it be something or am I just putting to much thought into this?

Note to self: Repeat again and again "Don't get your hopes up" you dummy!
