I am recently coming off the depo. My last shot was last November (2016), I have started getting real periods this last month. I'm attaching my log of them, but they were very heavy. Then a couple of a weeks ago I spotted for two days, first day it was brown, then the next day it was pink. I'm starting to think it was implantation bleeding. I'm having pms symptoms i.e cramps, acne, cravings,

but I would like to get another opinion. I bought a pregnancy test, but I haven't used it yet. I am married and very sexually active. I don't want to psych myself out for a negative result.
