Do you have bacne? (Pimples on your back)

I have bad bacne ugh 🙄 how can i get rid of it?

My boyfriend does and I'm trying to get him to use a charcoal mask and exfoliation. Usually back pimples can indicate your body reacting to clothes, detergents, or products you use. It can also mean there's something going on with your digestive system so check your diet and make sure you're getting enough rest

I used to have really bad bacne during my teen years. I would cry. I started washing my body / back with the grapefruit neutragena (sp?) body wash. I also would put aloe Vera gel on my back after every shower and I would let my skin dry before putting on a CLEAN COTTON t-shirt on to swim. I also started washing my sheets once a week. I immediately saw results!! 
Making sure you're showering as soon as you can after sweating / working out is also very important. 
From time to time ill still get a break out or two but the aloe Vera definitely helped with all of my scarring. 
I'd also check the detergent you use and see if that might be affecting you. 
Cotton t-shirts are the best to wear as they help your skin breathe. 
I'm not sure if it was only puberty or a phase for me (it actually runs in mg family) and it was bound to go away on its own, but I do know what I did definitely made a difference and c anything sped up the process of cleaning up my back!! 
Good luck! Drink plenty of water and clean up your diet as well!

Try cleaning properly every night and moisturising also showering with cold water may help x
