Do any of you ladies know if its possible to have sex while not showing your legs?

I've just turned 20 and sex was perfectly fine But ive just had a big tattoo on my hip/thigh and it's gone septic because of not healing properly due to it rubbing on tight jeans... (stupid I know) but I'm really self conscious about it and don't want it to ruin the mood or hurt while having sex.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I could hide it? Or not show my legs at all because I also hate them (hence getting the tattoo in the first place) it would need to be something I could wear that would still give me flexibility for positions and wont look less sexy. I know it's a really silly question but I've said no to sex for 2 weeks now and can't any longer (needs 😂)
