could something be wrong. my step son is about to turn 4 he doesn't know his name. speaks one worded phrases and not that many, doesn't know how dress or undress himself, can't follow simple tasks( pick up your toys, put so and so so here and there, bring _____). doesn't k now how to feed himself. not even finger foods. is more interested in my infant son's toys than his own, crys for everything. but here's what he does know. He's an expert on the tablet/phone. He knows how to manipulate his dad into doing whatever he wants with out saying anything. I'm taking him to get evaluated for preschool today and I'm afraid they won't accept him to do his lack of knowing anything. He doesn't listen priamarly because he doesn't understand he doesn't know his name and he still has extreme separation anxiety
