Late extremely late

We have been ttc since December 2016. I had been on implanons prior (stick in arm). As soon as it was removed at start of December I got my monthly straight away and was regular to may. Had my May monthly and since then nothing else. 8 weeks no monthly. I have done 7 pregnancy tests all say not pregnant 😥 so I'm starting to freak out that something could be wrong with me. I just want a bubba so badly (I'm 36) and I hope my chances are not over.
